About this role

BOLD Pay is a student-focused payment and identity platform designed to help schools, parents, students, canteens, and administrators manage student spending, reduce cash handling, improve security, and simplify financial operations within schools.

We are looking for a smart, confident, and execution-focused Growth & Partnerships Executive to help drive school partnerships, business growth, and strategic expansion across Uganda.

Hiring note: This is a highly field-oriented role requiring someone proactive, relationship-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently to build and manage partnerships with schools and related stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential schools and institutional partners.
  • Arrange meetings, demos, and partnership discussions with school decision makers.
  • Present and explain BOLD Pay solutions professionally and confidently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education stakeholders.
  • Support school onboarding, deployment coordination, and relationship management.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, meetings, and partnership opportunities.
  • Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent BOLD Pay professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Assist with strategic growth initiatives and expansion efforts.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or institutional engagement.
  • Existing relationships or networks within schools or educational institutions are highly valuable.
  • Experience in fintech, telecom, education, SaaS, or technology-related sectors is an added advantage.

  • Monthly facilitation allowance.

Performance expectations
